Do you complain of low energy level – Try To Balance Your World

Hey! Before starting with this article, we need to be standing on the same ground. Do you believe that the world is all connected together? Somehow, everything can have something to do with everything.

Like how come you complain of low physical or mental energy level, when you had a complete 8 hours of beauty sleep? You even started your day right, woke up early, jogged and had your coffee!

Well, I’m here to tell you, you can start paying some attention to your food chain. Dietitian and fitness expert Rebecca Scritchfield says “If you know your sleep is in check [and] you’re getting a good amount of exercise, it’s definitely time to take a look at the food intake and how high quality is your diet,”

Even though taking care of your food wont fix your entire life and make you the happiest person living, but taking care of vital details can actually make difference. For instance, the difference can show in your biological age! You are what you eat, remember?!

The specialist Scritchfield kept a record of frequent important nutrients that happened to be absent with most of her clients.

    Iron:

Iron is important to your body, it’s role is carrying oxygen from your lungs and transport it to all of your body. Since it is an essential component of Hemoglobin, If you don’t have enough iron, your body can’t make enough healthy oxygen-carrying red blood cells.

Some statistics show that women run short of iron more than men, I myself don’t know why but its frequent absence might cause anemia! So Let’s list the food highly rich with iron:

    • Liver
    • Sunflower seeds
    • Nuts
    • Beef
    • Lamb
    • Beans
    • dark leafy greens (spinach)
    • dark chocolate
    • tofu.

When Scritchfield’s clients change their diet to include more of these two nutrients, she says they often report that they feel better instantly. “I think it’s a combination of mental and physical, because they feel better and they’re not trying to cope with their low energy by just eating sugary foods.”

    The B Vitamins:

Energy, that is the function of Vitamin B in your body, It gets energy from your food and supply you with it. Vitamin B deficiencies can cause problems such as tiredness, abdominal pain and numbness. Depression, anemia and respiratory infections can also result from vitamin B deficiencies.

It can be found in foods such as meat, fish, and dairy products. It can also be made in a laboratory.

Isn’t it nice to know more about your body? Balanced diet can make a real difference and you wont know till you try.
